The Agreement acts as a contract between Beadingschool s.r.o. and the users who are using and accessing this web site.

All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents, content on this website and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on this website belong to Beadingschool s.r.o. and/or third parties (which may include you or other users.)Beadingschool s.r.o. reserves all of its rights. Nothing in the Terms grants you a right or licence to use any trade mark, design right, content on this website or copyright owned or controlled by Beadingschool s.r.o. or any other third party except as expressly provided in the Terms.

Unless specified otherwise, the beadwork tutorials are intended for personal use only. Purchasing a tutorial enables you to finish the jewel for personal use and also to sell the finished product (unless in case of mass production). However, it does not give you the right to resell this tutorial or to give it out for free, to teach it in a workshop or to lend or copy to a friend. By respecting these rules you will greatly help me continue designing more tutorials for you. In case you of not respecting these rules you will be held responsible for any financial or other loss caused.

You are welcome to print a copy of this document for your personal use. Other than that, no part of this publication may be reproduced, stored or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, scanning or otherwise, without the prior written permission of the author. Requests for permission should be addressed to the following email: [email protected].

PRICING

We aren’t registered for VAT. The prices do not include Shipping & Handling. Please note, that in case that you live outside the European Union additional costs may apply upon delivery (in form of import taxes). It is solely your responsibility to pay these fees. In case you refuse to accept the package, you will be charged for the shipping costs.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for your purchases by PayPal and by credit card over Stripe.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Every return / refund will be treated in alliance with the law of the European Union and Slovakia, where the business Beadingschool s.r.o. is registered.

Returns and refunds of digital products

All the beadwork tutorials are delivered to you as digital products. You can download them immediately after payment. I intend to make them as easy to follow as possible. It is important that you study the diagrams and read the text thoroughly, and use the same size and type of beads and thread as in the tutorial.

However, it can of course happen that you encounter a problem. I will do my best to help you overcome the difficulties.

This is what we will do:

• You can send me a message directly to my e-mail address ([email protected]) or through the Contact page. Please tell me which design are you working on, and describe the problem as accurately as possible. It helps a lot if you refer to the step and the code of the bead as they are referred to in the tutorial.
• I will send you a mail, and if necessary, new diagrams and photos with further instructions and ideas.
• If the problem is not solved, I will make you video instructions.
• If the video doesn’t help, we will have a 1-on-1 session through Skype.
• In case that neither the mails, pictures, additional diagrams, the video nor the Skype-call help, you will get a full refund of the tutorial in question.

Returns and refunds of standard products

I want you to love what you ordered.

Once an item or service purchased online is delivered, you have 14 days to decide whether or not to keep it. If you changed your mind, please contact me by mail ([email protected]) or by this contact form. Returns must be in their original, unworn, unused condition, with all the tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping. It’s recommended to ship your package with insurance and use a trackable shipping method.

You don’t have to give a reason for your decision, but I would greatly appreciate any feedback, so I can learn from it.

SPECIAL CARE

The products sold by Beadingschool s.r.o. require special care and handling. Please keep in mind that some beads and components can change their color when exposed to certain skin types, chemicals (for example perfume, skin care products etc.), humidity or sunshine etc. Guaranty does not apply to color changes. It is important to remove jewelry before contact with water, during kitchen work, gardening, cleaning the house and sports. The best way to store jewelry is in a box which protects it against exposure to sunlight and physical damage. Jewelry can be cleaned by silver-polishing clothes or tools designated to clean cameras. Use of tissue or paper towels can cause scratches. Never clean any jewelry that is damaged, cracked or broken, since the additional handling is likely to worsen the problem.

Beadingschool s.r.o. is not responsible for any damage due to negligence. In case of improper care and handling guaranty does not apply.

LIMITATIONS

In no event shall Beadingschool s.r.o. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Beadingschool s.r.o. Internet site, even if the authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

GOVERNING LAW

Any claim relating to Beadingschool s.r.o.’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and Slovakia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
