Description
The CHERRY BLOSSOM FESTIVAL has been thoughtfully curated by Gina: the contents are inspired by Early April in the Mid-Atlantic, where Gina lives, reminds her of cherry blossom season, and the beauty of the cherry trees. Washington DC was gifted cherry trees in the early 1900’s from Japan, beginning in 1912, and there is a festival every year when the approx. 3000 trees are in the peak of bloom. She simply enjoy seeing the fluffy, light pink blossoms emerge, from her home, which signify the scenic burst into Spring.
During the upcoming weeks, Gina will publish plenty of video tutorials on her Youtube channel that you can follow while creating from the CHERRY BLOSSOM FESTIVAL BOX. Check out the picture gallery to see what’s coming. The vast majority of jewels that you see come from one box, but you’ll need to make some choices what to bead, as Gina created so many tutorials for you!
Gina Maddox, of ORCHID and OPAL on YouTube and orchidandopal.com, is a self-taught jewelry artist. She enjoys sharing her passion for beadwork through easy to follow video tutorials, unique patterns, bead box unboxings, inspiring finished jewelry updates, and much more.
