When night falls and the first stars appear, there’s a sense of peace that comes from looking up at the sky. The stars have been there for countless generations, guiding people through the darkness. Watching the night sky and seeing the stars shining brightly makes us think about how constant they are. They help travelers find their way and inspire us to dream and explore. The stars encourage us to keep moving forward, even when things seem uncertain. There’s something reassuring about knowing that, no matter what happens in our lives, the stars will always be there, lighting up the night.

I love the fly me to the moon theme. I made this wall hanging for my son who hears me say I love you to the moon and back for the last 49 years. September is his birthday and sapphire is his birthstone. I’m still trying to get the hang of bead embroidery so I’ll keep practicing. This theme and colors fit right in for his birthday.
