Have you heard of the desert rose?
It is a beautiful flower, blooming in shades of red, yellow, pink, or white. I know that many of our ladies here have green thumbs, and love nurturing their plants. Maybe some of you even have a desert rose at home, and you know how to care for this surprising beauty that in its original home emerges from the arid desert. From a hard, dry ground with so little ease and comfort, yet managing to show the most beautiful flowers.
Besides the actual flowers, there are also rock formations that are the results of long years of crystallization, reminding us of flowers – also called desert roses. They are not easy to find… One should have an open heart, endurance and curiosity, and the inner compass set for adventure if he or she hopes to find one.
Since we already took care of these values during our previous Beadingschool Academy Theme: Towards the Lighthouse, I am pretty sure that we are now ready to find and admire our Desert Rose – within the Beadingschool Community, inviting its magic to unfold thanks to the kindness and compassion that we create together.
