Our journey begins for the Maharaja’s Jewel Academy Box. Readily available beads make this easy pattern and as I couldn’t wait for my box to arrive I pulled beads from my stash. I can see this pattern being made up many times in lots of colours. A great jumping off point with a motif that can be used in multiple pieces. Bravo!

This is the entry piece to start our journey in India; discovering the shapes, motifs and colors of this amazing country. An extremely simple tutorial with an endless color combination, can be used even as a 2-sided piece. Can’t wait for the extended version 🙂
